Order Acceptance
Home Spa Lux reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, orders that appear fraudulent, contain inaccurate information, violate our policies, or cannot be fulfilled due to inventory availability.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.
If an order is modified or canceled, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Qualified customers may be eligible for financing through Affirm. Financing options are subject to credit approval and are offered by Affirm in accordance with its terms and conditions.
We do not accept:
- Cash
- Personal checks
- Cashier's checks
- Money orders
- COD (Cash on Delivery)
- Any payment method not listed above.
Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
All orders are subject to payment verification and approval before shipment. Home Spa Lux reserves the right to cancel or refuse any transaction that cannot be verified or is suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Payment Processing
Your payment method will be authorized and charged at the time your order is placed.

Estimated delivery times vary by product, manufacturer, inventory availability, and shipping destination. While many orders arrive within approximately 5–7 business days after shipment, delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
